Nancy Drew’s boyfriend, Ned, sends her to New Orleans to check on an old friend whose uncle has recently passed away. As it turns out, the uncle (Bruno Bolet) owned a very special crystal skull rumored to protect it’s owner from nearly all forms of death - except murder.

After an encounter with a skeleton man, Nancy decides the Belot family is hiding more than meets the eye. Together with her best friend, Bess, Nancy sets out across the bayou to find answers.
